Two Days + Cancellation & Payment Policy
Dear Members,
To ensure fairness and smooth planning for all our trips, please take note of the following cancellation and payment guidelines:
1. Cancellations 4 months or more before the trip:
If you cancel your booking 4 months or earlier before the trip date, you will receive a full refund of any money you have paid except for the deposit, which is non-refundable.
2. Cancellations 3 months before the trip:
If you cancel within 3 months of the trip date, you will receive 50% of the money paid back. The other 50% plus the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Cancellations 2 months or less before the trip:
Unfortunately, if you cancel within 2 months of the trip date, there will be no refund. This is because by this stage, bookings, reservations, and logistics would already have been finalized.
4. Replacements (Emergency Exit):
If you cannot attend the trip, you are welcome to find another person to take your place. This must be communicated in advance so arrangements can be updated.
5. Moving to another trip:
If you decide to transfer your booking to a different trip, please note that your deposit will still be forfeited and will not be carried over.
6. Proof of Payment:
After making any payment, kindly send your proof of payment to this group. Since we have multiple groups and many people paying, this helps us keep accurate records and avoid any confusion.

To ensure smooth planning and fairness to everyone, please take note of the following cancellation rules:
